My approach to coaching takes into consideration the physical, biochemical, psycho-emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of each person.

Health and wellbeing require a balance of the physical, biochemical, psycho-emotional and spiritual. We are more like a living ecosystem than a machine. The mechanistic model of health and disease is limited and I work with vitality, interconnectedness, systems thinking and innate wisdom.

I have a passion for the realm of the living breathing body and the body-mind connection: how the body influences our thinking and being and how our thoughts, attention and intention influence our bodies and lives.

After 35 years of bodywork and studying many forms of somatic therapies, I have developed my own modality for mind-body healing. Based on the health science framework of Chiropractic, I offer 45-minute sessions to treat chronic pain, fatigue, myofascial pain syndrome, embodied trauma, or just to improve your health and wellness. 

I have a special interest in working with children and babies, and have spent many years improving children's learning, behaviour, sleep, immune system health. I have collaborated with midwives, obstetricians, and maternal and child health nurses to support pregnant woman and newborn babies.
